🟧 How to Get Into Rockstar
Start in Downward Facing Dog:
- Hands shoulder-width, feet hip-width, hips high
- Float your right leg up to the sky
- Bend your knee and let your right toes reach toward the ground on the left side
Pause here — stretch through your hips and psoas. Feel the twist and prep for lift-off.
Now…
- Step your right foot down behind you
- Roll onto the outer edge of your left foot
- Spin your chest up to the sky
- Reach your right arm up and over — fingers long, palm down
- Let your head drop back and hips rise high
Fire it up. Hold your ground. Break free.
Hold for 2–3 breaths, then float back to Down Dog and switch sides.
