Meet Joschi & Monika

We believe strength, mobility, and control shouldn’t be trained separately.

We help movers get stronger, maintain and expand mobility, fine-tune their movement, and enhance performance — all at the same time.

Our work is built for athletes, creative movers, and dedicated fitness practitioners who care not just about how hard they train — but how well their bodies move.

That belief has guided everything we’ve built.

We’re Joschi & Monika — movement educators, yoga master teachers, fitness professionals, authors, and founders of Joschi International, Inc. and the Joschi Academy, home to our Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Certification Programs.

With over 25 years of combined experience across fitness, dance, yoga, and education, our mission is simple:

To help people move smarter, feel stronger, and live better through intelligent, integrated movement that transfers to life, sport, and performance.

— Joschi brings a background in professional dance, fitness, and medicine, blending precision, creativity, and biomechanics into every system he teaches.

 

— Monika holds an MBA with a focus on marketing, psychology, and human resources, bringing structure, strategy, and human insight to everything we build.
