Studio Etiquette

• Please remove your shoes upon arrival.
• All our classes are barefoot.
• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to sign in at the front desk.
• First Timers - Picture ID required.
• Latecomers are not permitted to class, sorry!
• Please turn your cell phones off.

HIIT Pilates is fitness for total body transformation. It combines the muscle-sculpting and strength-building benefits of resistance training with the core-firming and flexibility advantages of Pilates.
 
This ultimate workout method speeds up your results by introducing you to strong, dynamic, non-stop fluid movement that burns serious calories at the same time as it lengthens and tones your muscles and increases your flexibility. You work with various props (free weights, magic circle, stability ball...) and your own body weight to strategically exhaust your muscles in a way that does not create bulk, but strengthens the connection to your body.
