• Please remove your shoes upon arrival.
• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to sign in at the front desk.
• First Timers - Picture ID required.
• Latecomers are not permitted to class, sorry!
• Please turn your cell phones off.
• No bags or other personal belongings are allowed in the practice room.
• We have mat and towel rental available.

Everything we do, we do with bold energy and an emphasis on the importance of breath and energy distribution to find the connection between the movement, the body and the self on a deeper emotional level.
Joschi Power Yoga starts with a warm-up that will truly lengthen, align and enlighten the structure of your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, Joschi Power Yoga does not follow any particular sequence, which means that any practice can vary widely from the next. Variety and creativity are key. Joschi Power Yoga works with free flowing yoga poses and unique and challenging combinations to increase your strength and flexibility and put your mental, physical and emotional abilities to the test.
The core of Joschi Power Yoga is a vigorous workout that gets people to sweat. This form of yoga is NOT for the calm, mild or moderate yoga student. It has been invented to strengthen the whole body and develop a person's willpower. It is known to burn calories, improve lean muscle mass and give tight areas like hips, hamstrings and lower back some extra TLC. Joschi Power Yoga happens in one smooth flow and hardly stops between the poses like a choreographed athletic aerobic regimen. Joschi Power Yoga is quite popular with sports enthusiasts, dancers and athletes etc. who enjoy a strenuous workout that can balance various muscle groups.
Oftentimes, you end up realizing that not only have you accomplished a strong workout session, but what is happening is that life changes start tiptoeing in.
