Semi Group Sessions (3 or more people) are a unique opportunity to spend time with friends, family or co-workers while engaging in an activity that is great for body, mind and spirit.

At Joschi Yoga Institute you can experience Vinyasa Yoga in one of our individualized one-on-one, duet or semi-group sessions and discover a tailor-made solution that will help you achieve your goals in an enjoyable and safe environment.
Private sessions are a unique opportunity for you to explore your interests and enhance your practice with the intimacy of personal attention. Privates are great if you are a beginner who wants to be introduced to yoga without the intimidation of a group setting or if you have already experience and want a deeper understanding and enhancement of your personal practice.
Take great advantage of the undivided attention, support, encouragement, and guidance of our excellent teachers.

Whether you are looking to refine or modify your practice, for some extra motivation, insights into your practice, or help with an injury, working one-on-one with one of our experienced yoga teachers or pilates instructors will make the vital difference to ensure that your fitness program will effect a dramatic change and will lead to the achievement of your individual fitness goals. Private sessions will help you gain maximum benefit from the time you spend practicing yoga by improving your technique, increasing your motivation, introducing variety and helping you focus on your potential to attain the level of health, fitness and vitality you aim for.
