Power Flow Yoga4Men - look your best and expect gains in mental clarity while you build strength, stamina, and sexual capacity.
This class is for guys who want a demanding, athletic workout, but find traditional yoga classes far too slow. Power Flow Yoga4Men combines an action-packed sequence of twists, hip openers and arm balances with powerful breathing techniques in order to sculpt your body, strengthen your core muscles and increase lung capacity.
Men usually have a difficult time with hip-opening poses, hamstring and lower back stretches... "Tragically Hip" Power Flow Yoga4men pays special attention to the male anatomy and physiology, and gives these areas some extra TLC.
Bring your curiosity and sense of adventure to this class specifically designed for men. You are in for a fun and sweat-infused experience!

Tantric Flow Yoga4Men is for guys who have always felt there was something sexy and social about yoga and like a raw, honest and accessible approach. If you're into the sexier aspects of yoga, but have been told that getting down to your boxers or swimwear is inappropriate, Tantric Flow Yoga4Men might just be the thing for you.
The playful, yet intense Tantric Flow Yoga4Men is for guys who want to bond with other men in a unique way while having an excellent workout. This experience is the perfect interplay of movement and breath work to harmonize the body and give you one of the most exciting benefits for men - increased flexibility and blood flow in the pelvic region for a better charged sexual energy.

Tantric Flow Yoga4Men is taught in our unique HEAT CHAMBER (85 degrees), a place where you can come and do some self-reflection and self-celebration.
What to Wear? As little as possible. Shorts/swim pants should suffice. Try not to eat two hours before class. We offer lemon water before and throughout each class and finish with a relaxing massage before you leave.
You're invited to give your mind and your body an 80 minute, self-imposed time out from the rest of your daily life.
