these classes are geared towards beginners or those who are re-entering their practice and are designed to provide newer students with the basic knowledge and comfort to increase awareness, strength, and flexibility. the main focus of the classes is on natural alignment and breathing within the flow. click here for more info!
flow yoga I
this class offers a more challenging practice and requires that the students have a general understanding of body and breath awareness and are familiar with the basic poses. this class will experiment with some deeper, more challenging poses, yet is still encouraging you to work at your own level.
flow yoga II
this vigorous class is designed for students with a deep understanding of yoga and are willing to explore the edges of their practice. a challenging and complex series of poses is designed to create heat and energy flow. this powerful class cultivates stamina, focus, and strength.
